Guest guest Posted June 14, 2004 Report Share Posted June 14, 2004 WEll the way that I was brought up to make whipped cream for strawberry shortcake you buy a pint of heavy whipping cream, whip it with the electric mixer on high until it gets thick then add a couple teaspoons of sugar, and a little vanilla to taste. Just the way my mommy taught me. In my last relationship I was told that was fancy. You just buy the can at the store. lol. Anyway, That is all that I can offer hope this helps.
