The thing you describe is LUPUS with a

capital L. I can’t even clean the big bathtub. It has glass

doors and I can’t reach it. I nearly trip and fall just taking a

bath. I used to be able to have a friend come and clean once a week but

those were the good old days when I had a part-time job. This house is

going to pot. The bit about feeling soooo tired but can’t relax or

sleep? Yup, that’s me! Cheryl in CA

anyone who might be able to answer it. It

probably sounds stupid but I am so new to

understanding this disease

and how it affects my body I guess it doesn't hurt

to ask.

Yesterday I decided I needed to get some of my

house cleaned up as

it is getting pretty bad and needs a good

scrubbing. I was

scrubbing my shower down and My arm started

feeling so fatigued and

sore and I started to feel nausea. I thought

my goodness I must

really be out of shape to not even be able to do

some cleaning

without feeling like I'm gonna be sick and my arm

is going to fall

off. I finished what I was doing and I felt

like I just needed to

lie down for awhile. I was suppose to meet a

friend to go somewhere

and I felt like it took everything I had to get

myself ready to go

with her. Later in the evening My whole body

felt fatigued and my

arms and legs felt sore and tired. I didn't

feel like doing

anything but my body felt bad enough I found it

hard to sleep or

relax. I still feel rather tired today. Does

this sound familiar to

anyone? Is this part of Lupus or am I just

in really bad shape?

Thanks for any help! Carol
