Oh - Missy - I FORGOT - I take 4 mgs. daily of valium for throat spasms!

Can't imagine how I forgot that?? ....again thanks to you and

I think this is a great idea!!! I am beginning to develop new symptoms

(entering a new stage?) and would like to get a jump start on treatment.

1. Pain Control non-narcotic - Ultram, clinoril

2. Pain Control narcotic - Vicodin

3. Muscle Relaxation - Flexeril

4. Sleep Aids - Elavil, 5-HTP, Melatonin

5. Daytime Wakefullness - None don't have

6. Brain Fog - None don't have

7. IBS - Immodium

8. Menstrual Cramps - None

9. Depression - None

10. Numbness - None

11. Hypothyroid - None don't have

12. Diabetes - None don't have

13. Nausea/Stomach Pain - None

1 - Pain Control (non narcotic)

2 - Pain Control (narcotic or opioids): methadone 10mg 3x/day, hydrocodone

7.5/500 (Lortab) 3x/day for breakthrough pain

3 - Muscle Relaxation: baclofen (anti-spasmodic) 20 mg. 3x/day

4 - Sleep Aids: elavil 50 mg

5 - Daytime Wakefullness

6 - Brain Fog

7 - Irritable Bowel Syndrome: cholestyramine, as needed; colace 100mg, as

needed

8 - Menstral Cramps

9 - Depression: Serzone 200mg 2x/day

10-Numbness

11-Hypothyroid

12-Diabetes: glucophage XR

13-Nausea/stomache pain: phenergen 12.5 mg as needed
