Guest guest
Hi, I always had problems sleeping too. From age 15 to about 21 I only slept 2-6 hours a night. Then I developed very bad allergies and started taking bedadryl. I take two about two hours before my bed time and I can sleep 7-9 hours off of it. There are a lot of people who don't have allergies that take it on a regular basis for sleep.

Guest guest
<< My Mom worked for years in a pharmacy and she never hesitated to call a doctor and say " So-and-so is taking X and now you've prescribed Y but these drugs should not be taken together. " >> My pharmacist does this if he thinks that it is necessary. I also have to check with him before I take an over the counter drug. I too am cautious about medication. Don;t mix your medications without your doctor's permission. It is dangerous. Take care, Irene Books may well be the only true magic Alice Hoffman
