I have never heard of it, but it sounds interesting to me. I never thought

about taking a stimulant (aside from coffee -- LOL). But that might have

weirdly been why Xanax worked well with me -- it worked opposite of what it

was supposed to do: it gave me MORE energy. The one time I took two instead

of one, I was so powered up I really overdid it, and paid the piper the

next day. :-/

Em

provigil is in the class of drugs normally given

to those with ADHD to calm them down.. oddly

enough for those without ADD/ADHD it acts like

speed... I tried it.. I don't have ADD or

anything related.. but it did drag me down even

further.. I had an odd reaction.. it works for a

lot of people.. ridilin and adderall are given

for the same reasons..

Serena,

I take adderall for that reason. To try and pick up some energy. I have

added a new disease to my family and I don't know what that will do for

energy or anything else.

I have diabetes. Just found out yesterday and I am not a happy camper. I

don't think that anything could give me energy. I am so depressed about all

of this.
