AB 2943, the bill banning mercury containing vaccines in California, was

given it's final approval on a bipartisan 48-21 vote of the California Assembly.

The California Senate has already approved the bill. The bill now goes to

Governor Schwarzenegger for his signature.

A victory for children's and pregnant women's health, a defeat for the scare

mongering, profit motivated vaccine manufacturers.
