If giving up the shakes and bars is all it took, you should be able to head down toward goal very quickly. How did it go with the trainer? I weighed and measured myself today. Day 1 on thurmond's plan. B - 2 eggs 1/2 c. mixed berries S - 2 oz. turkey 2 slices apple L - 2 oz. tuna small sweet potato salad S - 2 oz. tuna raw cauliflower D - 2 oz. turkey 1/2 c. cooked cauliflower about 80 ounces water walked 20 minutes on treadmill Hard for me to stop and eat every 2 hours but I will try. Tomorrow I will start with the resistance exercises. Should be an experience.
