catherine, I am so happy for you. I knew it would happen if you stuck

with it long enough. If giving up the shakes and bars is all it took,

you should be able to head down toward goal very quickly. How did it

go with the trainer?

I weighed and measured myself today. Day 1 on thurmond's plan.

B - 2 eggs

1/2 c. mixed berries

S - 2 oz. turkey

2 slices apple

L - 2 oz. tuna

small sweet potato

salad

S - 2 oz. tuna

raw cauliflower

D - 2 oz. turkey

1/2 c. cooked cauliflower

about 80 ounces water

walked 20 minutes on treadmill

Hard for me to stop and eat every 2 hours but I will try. Tomorrow I

will start with the resistance exercises. Should be an experience.
