I am also a vegetarian, so me and veggies are good friends. *g* The down side to this is after a year of being a " veggie-saurus, " I had lost a lot of muscle mass. I wasn't checking how much protein I ate, and the doctor said, Well, Em, may be time to add back in some protein. I *occasionally* eat meat, but it's really only on days when I feel weak or dizzy. If you want to know the other reason I'm so leery of eating meat, check out RIchard ' _Deadly Feasts_. It played a significant role in my choices. *hugs* Em (who still has 30 lbs to go -- yuck) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.
