Guest guest
Is there a link between mercury and; pituitary issues? hyperthyroidism.hypothyroidism? degenerative disc/bone diseases? poor eyesight, double vision? muscle spasms? (like something is crawling under your skin) swollen lymph nodes? Sinus conditions? multiple round unusual and sensitive glands in neck? If anyone has a direct link or an opinion, please tell. I am also hearing there is a link w/fibromyalgia, anyone? I am going to see an endocrinologist tomorrow for my thyroid and I feel that some of my illnesses are directly related to my overexposure to mercury but when I mention it to an md, they look at me like I have 3 heads. Guest guest
Carol, I've been on this list for almost five years now, and almost every one of the symptoms you've listed are linked to mercury poisoning. So no, you are not crazy. The problem is we expect docs to pick this up but they have had NO TRAINING in mercury poisoning. Not unless they had some special environmental course. I was told by one doc that they learned a little about lead poisoning, but that's all. So go into Pub Med and search out the over 5,000 articles that link mercury poisoning to these conditions. (Look under thimerosal, thiomerosal--British spelling--and merthiolate.) Then you can bring these articles to your doc, if you want, as proof! They will probably not know what to do about it, however, so maybe you should just learn about chelation on your own???? I can tell you right up front that mercury can get into the pituitary area and cause all kinds of havoc, that my son had the crawling sensations and joints aching for most of his life, that mercury gets into the third cranial nerve and causes problems with eyes working together, that a number of kids on this list that were mercury poisoned were showing the hard lumps around their neck . . . actually my NT son had this for a while. Good luck! Guest guest
..........mercury gets into the third cranial nerve and causes problems with eyes working together, that a number of kids on this list that were mercury poisoned were showing the hard lumps around their neck Wow! When my son was only a few months old, he got this knot just offset his throat. The Doctors didn't know what it was and watched it. They were only concerned that it might be attached to his throat. When they decided that it wasn't, they said that it was just a glob of vessels. A few months later, he had a knot on the side of his neck. They asked if he had been sick. They said that it's normal when you have a virus. Something to do with your lymph glands. I can't remember all the terms because it's been too long to remember. Anyway, he has esotropia which is when you eyes don't look at something at the same time, they alternate. Very interesting! Jennie

I don't know > poor eyesight, double vision? yes--- many kinds of vision issues! yes yes. > muscle spasms?
