Someone in here mentioned they were getting SSI and that their children also

were getting it?

I have a few questions if I might ask?

One- was there a certain reason for this?

My divorce lawyer mentioned that my kids may be entitled to it if I get

it........ well- if this is so and one child lives here- and one child lives

with the dad- does the dad get to take care of that childs money? When it

derives due to his sick mother?

Also- there is a hearing for custody coming up June 4th..... he was ordered to

pay child support by the Judge but demanded a hearing because he didnt want to

pay as far back as the Judge ordered- so now we are going through it all over

again. Am wondering, because he did a sneaky marriage Easter Weekend to someone

he did not know long and will be moving here from PA- to MI - if that would

lessen his child support amount because he has a wife to care for now?

Anyone have any ideas on any of these questions?
