Thanks for the kindness and words of encouragement everyone!

I just got back from the hospital. DEANNE IS RESPONDING TO THE MEDICATION !

The headache is not gone, but it has abated and she had her last bout of

nausea this afternoon. So far so good. She has her color back and scoffed

her supper like she hasn't eaten in days. Well, she HADN'T ! So good to see

her sitting up again and feel her arms around me. Now I can breathe again.

The hospital staff are exceptionally helpful and understanding. Her Mom

spent the night with her last night, and she is there again tonight. They

brought her a recliner chair, pillow and blanket.

She will be in hospital awhile still, but she is looking MUCH better. That

was all I needed to feel better myself.

We've both gone through a very rough patch of late. This was just the cherry

on top, but it has again reminded me how empty I am without her. I cannot

bear that thought.

Looks like we are spared the misery and drama of emergency surgery for now.

Let's hold thumbs.

Re: Deanne

Dear Emile...Hold on to faith. Prayers said for you both.
