Mandy, please do take care. It's good that you are planning to make a list

of stuff that is happening and that you wish to pursue with your doctor. It

seems that it's always a case of remembering something important but right

after you have left the office, so a list really helps. Just don't forget

the list and don't be shy to take it out and read off it.

Hope you start feeling better real soon, and please let us know how it

goes at the doctor's appointment.
