Hi Group-

I've recently been diagnosed with CFS. My physician prescribed

sleeping pills as well as anti-depressants. He says that CFS could be

caused by lack of brain producing serratonin while sleeping. I

started with small amounts of Zoloft, and although I did feel better

nd hadmore energy, my mental awareness (for lack of a better word)

was sorely lacking. Aftr a few weeks of this 'brain freeze' feeling,

he switched me to Celexa. Same thing happened. I am wondering if this

is something that others experience, and if so...did you continue

taking the meds with eventual success?

Great group.

Hi,

That is the same thing that I have gone through for years. I've been on

everything.

I'm taking Provigil right now and it has been a miracle for me. I can

think clearer and no longer want to spend all my

time in bed.

I've only been on it a month now, so I'm anxious to see how long this

lasts.
