Guest guest Posted May 18, 2006 Report Share Posted May 18, 2006 I have had red dots with bumps on my upper arms for as long as I can remember. I was told they are from a B-12 deficiency. Since I have started taking a Vitamin B complex supplement the last few years, they have gone away completely - no more dots and smooth arms. And by the way, I do not have CD.
