hello, sorry i haven't been posting as much. been busy so forth. u

know how it is. well just wanted to tell u that i went to ww last

week and i lost another pound. which i was very happy about. so

thats 12 pounds now. plus i'm still going at the gym like 5 days a

week for 40 min or so. ok, wanted to report in .

ok let me catch up here, good lord! have so much to catch up on!
