Guest guest Posted January 25, 2004 Report Share Posted January 25, 2004 Hi Onale, If there's someone out there that needs a handicapped parking permit more that you, they too will be eligible....if its a matter of space, I guess its up to the shopping center to provide more...even so, just because you have the permit, doesn't mean you have to use it...if spaces are limited and on the day you really feel someone else should have, you can park in a regular spot.
