Guest guest Posted August 5, 2003 Report Share Posted August 5, 2003 Well I had my 18 week OB appt yesterday. I am 6 1/2 months post-op from my RNY and I have lost a total of 80# since my surgery. I lost 4# this past month so my weight loss has slowed down a little. Baby is doing really good. I've been feeling movement for a couple of weeks. My uterus is up to my belly button we got to hear the heartbeat. And we also had an u/s. We were hoping to find out the sex but baby kept his/her legs crossed at the ankles the whole time. The tech thought at one time she might have seen a penis but because she couldn't get a good shot said it was just a guess and recommended we try again at my next visit. I'll have to think about it.
