I don't think that you would want to. They are mostly egg, and I don't think

that they woud do very well, besides thta the recipe only makes about 6 and

they don't last that long...

I have never frozen the atkins rolls either, I double or triple the recipe,

I don't remember which and have never had problems with them going bad

before I could eat them. I keep thinking I am going to make a cake roll

with those and LC ice cream that I would freeze, but the one with yogurt is

so much easier that I haven't done it yet.

I always make them in batches of 12, and have frozen them

successfully. Instead of mounding them up, I put in a jellyrole pan

and then cut them into 12 when complete. I separate w/ waxed paper

and put in gladware.
