Guest guest Posted September 10, 2001 Report Share Posted September 10, 2001 I have never frozen the atkins rolls either, I double or triple the recipe, I don't remember which and have never had problems with them going bad before I could eat them. I keep thinking I am going to make a cake roll with those and LC ice cream that I would freeze, but the one with yogurt is so much easier that I haven't done it yet. Instead of mounding them up, I put in a jellyrole pan and then cut them into 12 when complete. I separate w/ waxed paper and put in gladware.
