Hi everyone,

I'm restarting Weight Watchers for the umpteenth time today. I lost 28

lbs. quickly and easily on the Winning Points program after the birth of

my second child a couple of years ago, so I know it works, but since

then I've used various life events as excuses to get off program, and

although I've gone back to meetings a couple of times in the interim, I

haven't stayed on program like I did the first time, and I've gained

back the majority of the weight.

We have recently moved from the west coast to the midwest and are now in

the process of buying a house. Since I don't want to take on the expense

of meetings until I have a more accurate picture of our monthly

expenses, I'll be following the Flex Points plan solo. I've found

previously that with only myself to be accountable to, I don't fare as

well, so I hope being part of this virtual community for serious WWers

will help keep me motivated. I'm more likely to consider the point value

of a food before I eat it if I know I have to report the scale's numbers

to someone at the end of the week -- peer pressure can be a good thing

:)

I'm glad you're giving it another try. What part of the midwest are

you looing at? I have some family up there and was just curious.
