GLUCOSAMINE: WONDER DRUG FOR ARTHRITIS?

Wayne suffered for years from severe pain in his shoulder, back,

knees and ankles -- a result of motorcycle accidents. The 57-year-old Ormond

Beach resident finally thought he found relief with a non-steroidal,

anti-inflammatory drug. But after a year of taking it, his physician

requested a liver test because of possible side effects. Results were

negative, but was left leery.

In the article below it states:

Glucosamine is composed of crab, shrimp and lobster shells, while

chondroitin consists of cow cartilage.

I am wondering if anyone knows it this would be safe for me to take

since I am allergic to Crab, Shrimp and Lobster?

Jen
