ALA in water

Hello all,

I have been giving my son 33mg of ALA per dose during his round of

chelation. I've been mixing a 100mg cap with 3 tsp of water and giving him

the first dose (1 tsp of the mixture) right away, the next in 3 hours and

the last at 6 hours after the initial mixing. Is the ALA still as potent at

the 6 hour mark as it was when it was first mixed?

Thanks in advance,

Annette

A round should be every 3 hours for at least 3 days and nights, not just 3

doses. I think Andy has said the ALA needs to be mixed with a acidic juice to

retain its potency.

Are you sure you're not thinking that it should be DMSA in something

acidic?

As far as I know ALA in water is ok. And yes, 3 days and 2

intervening nights.
