vitamins? I wish I knew the answer to that myself- my 11 yr old is in public

school and seems to get everything that goes around. Then brings it home to

share.

Nobody replied. So, Does anyone know how to build up your immune system, so

you don't keep catching every single little bug in the world, one after the

other?

Thanks guys,

I just yesterday told the family that the vitamins they always forget to take

are now manditory!

I'm shoving them down them now.

I forget to take them too, but am making a better effort now.

, tonight, the LMT told me to drink " greens " and said the only way she

could describe it was that it looks like grass clippings. She said it would

over all improve general health, and help to cleanse the body and help with

my IBS. She said you could get it at any health store. I plan to look at

it - I'll let you know what I think.

Massage builds the immune system. The greens are excelant for cleansing the

body of toxins. You can do it through the health food store or green raw

veggies. But that is all you can eat for three days. Green raw veggies. That

cleanses the toxins out of the bowel. A clean bowel leads to a healthy body.

But, on another note of building resistance, I have been reading on how the EDS

body is found defficiant in minerals. Especialy Zinc, Magnisium and Copper. I

talked to the rhuematologist this week about that. I told her if that is true,

than, how much do I know to suppliment? A normal mineral suppliment could be a

fraction of what he needs. At this point, there is no cure for EDS. So , how do

we get just a point stronger, better, I'm just guessing here, but give the body

what it lacks, when it is possible and it will get a percentage better over

time. So, Dylan is going to have a mineral work up, and a 24 hour urine catch,

(not sure what that was for). Has any one had that? Cindylouwho

I've heard that grass tuff is good. I don't know if my kids would drink it, but

maybe I could sneak some of it in their yogurt/fruit smoothies. I'll check it

out. Thanks.

Maybe they have it in pill form. I could get the kids to take that.
