What's working on your weight loss journey...and what is your stumbling blocks

along the way.

My Answer:

What works: Journaling honestly, eating the right mix (lots of fruits and

veggies, protein, carbs, little " real " fat), exercising, drinking all my water,

planning, going to my meetings, online support

What doesn't work: just winging it!!!!!!
