Hi,

My dad rents out his villa the week of the Feb. school vacation week.

Massachusetts week is 2-18 and the NH week is 2/25.This is a 2 bedroom villa

on a golf course 4 miles from the magic kingdom for only $900.00 per week.It

sleeps 8 comfortably. It has a kitchen fully equipped with laundry, dining

room, living room, imperial king size bed in master bedroom and 2 imperial

queen size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both the bedrooms and the living room

have color tvs. There's a vcr in the living room and also a sleep sofa and

another couch in the living room. Each bedroom has it's own full bath. This is

at a 5 star gold crown resort with nearly 15 pools over the resort. There is

so much to do for families at this resort that many of my clients who rent

from him don't even want to go to Disney, they want to experience everything

available at the resort.Tell him that you are a member of my list. If

interested, mail me privately at jamaraw@...

He always would go down with my mom, but due to her illness he can no longer

use it like he use to.Also, he can make exchanges for any week you desire.

Have you bought the " Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World " ? We go

pretty often, and this book should be required reading for everyone

(although then, of course, the strategies would be ineffective). I

think it's edited by Bob Sehlinger. We prefer Universal, and stay at

the Hard Rock, which has a pool with slides.

Hi,

There is a fabulous Holiday Inn Crowne suites with a great pool in the

middle, rooms decorated for kids with multiple VCR's and even a Nintendo in

the rooms. We had a two bedroom suite and it was good value at 150 a night.

It is just outside the park. They really cater to kids and have a train

just out side the hotel for the kids to ride. They also have bunk kids

which my little guy with Autism loved because he loved the bottom bunk.

Hope this helps...Kathy
