system, and using anti virus software is CRITICAL to EVERYONE using

the Internet - ESPECIALLY people with high-speed, always-on

connections.

And another little reminder, especially for always-on connections,

is to periodically use your " internet options " button to clear your

temporary files and delete any cookies that creep in. You should

also turn your computer completely off and reboot periodically for

the same reason, especially if you notice that your system seems to

be running slower than normal.
