Marie, if you have ever checked out Dotti's website, you'll soon discover that

she lost all her weight doing 123. http://www.dwlz.com/index.html

Personally, I say go for it!!! You'll lose weight if you work the program!

(I'd just be extra careful about counting freebies, because the calories in the

freebies add up--that's with the 10 gram fiber rule as opposed to the 4 gram

fiber rule.)

I know they keep making the program better, but I don't like flex. I cannot

handle the freedom of those points hanging over my head, so I still do Winning

Points. And the only difference (mainly) between Winning Points and 123 was 1)

the point range is 2 pts higher for 123 and 2) Winning Points caps fiber at 4

grams, and 123 capped it at 10.

Now I haven't looked at the Flex book for awhile since I'm doing WP, but if you

were to take the flex points and evenly distribute them throughout the week,

wouldn't it be back to the 123 range? Essentially, it boosted the range up 2

points again????

Listmom Lyn

(going to check my flex book!)

PS.....oh, look at the title page of this group. It says, " Join us if you're

seriously following Weight Watchers' Winning Points or 123 Success programs. " I

think I'm long overdue to add Flex to the description! I'm sure there are many

members here still doing 123. Whatever works!!!!!

Do you still lose weight if eating your max

points?

This is the question that I was asking. I did not intend to start a

debate about different plans.
