Guest guest
Hi ; I just printed off the one point foods listed in our files on the home page, and it is very helpful. There are a ton of ideas for just 1 point that is sure to please. How nice of our moderators to make that available to us. I don't know if you like them or not, but I got some low fat Honey Maid cinnamon graham crackers the other day. You can have 2 sheets for 2 points, and with a 2% 4 ounce cup of milk for 1 1/2 points you are under 4 points, and feel like you have had a feast. That is if you like graham crackers. Hope this helps. Pat from K.C. Low point snack ideas Hi everyone, I was just curious if anyone can give me some original low point (under 4 points) snack ideas. I know a lot of people are real big on trying to squeeze in a chocolate fix but I am not interested in chocolate unless it is just absolutely amazing. I like sweet things but am interested in any original ideas. Thanks in advance. 262/247.5/

Guest guest
Here are a couple of my favorites: 2 full sheets of low-fat cinnamon graham crackers with 2 Tbsp of Cool Whip free between them, sandwich style. Some people freeze them, which makes them soft like an ice cream sandwich. I like them fresh and crispy! 2.5 points total if you stick to 2 T Cool Whip Free. A Cool Whip Free " ice cream " cone: 1/2 cup of CW Free (1 point) in a Keebler Waffle Cone or Waffle Bowl (1 point for either one) - total 2 point snack. Yum!
