Guest guest
Rob, your points change every time you pass another 25 lb. mark - you were over 225, now you're between 200 and 224, so now your target is 26. Congrats on the loss. I felt the same way the first week: lighter - might have been the burden of not taking care of myself that was lifted. Cindi T 183/176/135 First Weekly WI Hello everyone: I have completed one week of the WW Flex program and have lost so far 5.6lbs. I originally started at 227lbs. and currently at 221.4. There are people that have noticed a difference in me, and I honestly feel a little bit lighter (for some strange reason). I do have a dumb question though about the WW programs. As the weeks pass, do the points targets pass as well? I mean at 227lbs. last week, my points target was 28pts.; now that Im 221.4lbs., do I still use the 28pts. or 26pts.
