WI's....should also be MI (measure in's)

I have sustained 145 - staying with my points with the exception of

last week - birthday cake just can't be counted!! (I didn't eat the

whole thing!) Walking 3-4 miles per day at a SWEATY moderate pace -

Mark's dog Lexi is a hoot - always so excited to go for a walk with

me and then 1/2 way.... " Can't we go HOME?? " her eyes plead as she

drags behind me. We need a puppy. (okay...becareful what I wish

for)

Doing TaeBo two days e/o week, three days the other week. And doing

my morning sit ups, arm, leg weights and stretching. UGH....budge

scale, budge!! But I know muscle weighs more than fat....blah,

blah, blah...(my self esteem is dripping with sarcasm)

But here's the skinny (getting to be literal here) - I measured

myself and in one month I have lost 1.5 inches. WOW!! My thighs

and (unfortunatly) my bust have significantly reduced. Then I also

looked back over the last year of measurements - about once every

three months - there is continual decrease, whether it be .25 or

1.75 per 3 months. The total lost in a year is 9.8 inches!!

WOW...but my weight stayed at 155-150.

Oh well - the encouragement of measure in's is better for me than

weigh ins!! :)
