I have been just reading for a few days so I thought I would introduce myself. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I had a wonderful one and stayed OP! I have lost 80 pounds and don't believe in going off program ever. I went from a size 24+ to a size 8 or 10 depending on the brand and never want to go back. I just joined a gym, my goal is to tone up and hit my personal goal which is a size 4-6. I work and go to school full time. I graduate in May I can't wait!
