Guest guest
I haven't read all my emails yet so someone may have already replied, but I calculated that by the age of three the typical child has had the brace applied 2,280 times. This is how I did it. Once a day for 3 months, that's 90. Twice a day for night and naps for about 2 years that's, 1460 and one additional year once a day when they go down to night only, that's an additional 730 to get a grand total of 2,280. That's not including the hundreds of times you remove them because baby is fussy, or " it hurts " . Of course it will change from child to child depending on when they go from night and naps to just night and when they get out of the bar. Just thought you would like to know. Congratulations Joanne and Zoe. Alaya will be 3 in August. We go back to Dr. P in November. I have mixed feelings, I want her to be released sometime, but I'm afraid of that day because I don't want a relapse.
