Guest guest
Maggie, My two resurfaced hips are almost a year and a half old. Sometimes i feel them sort of grind together, like i am angling my leg out too far or something. They do not get stuck, but it makes me aware. When i teach my pilates class, or do my yoga, and am ever present with how my hips, legs, etc are, it does not happen. It seems to happen most when i am sitting down, and angling my hips outward, and standing right up from that position. I guess we need to remember, that these are metal on metal and are going to make us aware that they are now a part of our bodies at times. peggy gabriel
