I was also wondering about the book, Gluten-Free French Desserts and

Baked Goods (Paperback), just released in May. Has anyone tried

recipes from this book?

Because of the emphasis on " healthy " eating, I'm a little skeptical

that the recipes will taste good. But, Gluten free French recipes

sound good!
