I've had kidney involvement since 1987 when I was diagnosed. Depending on

what medication you're doing right now there will be a few option depending

on how your kidneys are actually doing. My 24 urine hasn't dropped below 4

grams since I was diagnosed, it reached 11 grams at its worst. The blood is

something else. I've never had blood cells but I know doctors always check

for. I was fine with my kidneys for years on different drug regiments. Then

over a year and a half ago I was put on chemo (cytoxan/cyclophosphomide) and

have been on it until last month. Now my kidneys are better, but there is

permanent kidney function loss. Next step if they see something starting

will be to put me on Cellcept. They couldn't do that before because I needed

aggressive treatment.

I would suggest doing all the test as soon as possible, and then taking it

one step at a time.

Good luck,

Mojo
