Guest guest
Like my thumbs, particularly my right. Probably one of the sharpest joint pains I've had for some time, and nothing's killing it for very long. ------------- I know you have been playing around with acupressure points. Have you tried just running energy through your thumb joints? Kind of a variation on the X technique. When my thumb joints act up on me, I simply take my other hand, pad of the thumb and pad of either the first or middle finger, and hold on to the problem joint. Just focus the energy through the joint. It's worth a try and can't make it hurt worse.

Just don't pay them any mind, Mark, and just do what you can do and don't feel guilty about it. It's so easy for us to overdo isn't it? That's what happens to me too..I feel pretty good, so I start doing things, and before I know it, I'm hurting and already paying for it! It's the PITS! A " Ticket to Work and Self-Sufficiency. Guest guest
You did have a bummer week - teeth and hands - really stinks!! Lots of empathy and sympathy here! I get so frustrated when I can't play my music! Just gotta keep on keeping on... Hey Mike - I'm going to try the thumb thing. That area of my left hand is always too thick. The chiro used to blame it on my headaches, but it's swollen even when I don't have a headache and when my hands don't hurt, so I think it's part of the source. My hands hurt tonight so I'll give it a try and get back to you. > Ah, ****. Lost another large chunk of a molar. This one's gotta go now -- > not that I guess it had much of a chance for some time.
