Guest guest
(1) As you can tell from my post activity this morning, yes, I am at home. (2) For everyone else, I cannot recommend the Theracane highly enough. As says, it is a great tool with many uses. I use mine for: (a) working on knots and stiff muscles ( accessing acupressure points that I can't otherwise reach myself © applying pressure to trigger points (d) scratching those spots that are a half inch out of reach (e) doing a rib-head release when my own ribs go out The one concern I personally had about using it where energy work was involved was a doubt that I would be able to sense or feel the energy through the fiberglass or whatever it is made of. That has not been the case. It works just like closing an electrical circuit. I can still feel the energy with it.
Guest guest
As I said to , Mike, I'm going to get one and start using it asap. Could you remind me if you have posted anything about polarity therapy, or do we use the same spots as the Gach book? I know I'm a PAIN, and I'm sorry! I just can't stand to sit at the computer for over a few minutes at a time. Love Lana Re: Thera cane to the rescue!!! - (1) As you can tell from my post activity this morning, yes, I am at home.
