My husband works with a guy who, every Thanksgiving, will fry a turkey for anyone who wants one. Provided of course, if they supply the turkey. That's where I get my fried turkey. As far as dirty rice goes, I love it too but I can't eat it any more. I can't eat meat. Fraid I don't know where you live Becky but somehow I think you live up north.....am I right? Hey, I take back what I said about frying turkey. I slice a turkey breast into strips and coat it with Zaterains chicken coating and fry it like you would chicken. Yummy Hugs.....
