Your situation is another example of being your own advocate, going with your " gut " , and working with the Doctor's for YOUR best outcome. Good going! I wish I had done that with my lumpectomy - I didn't consider a mastectomy seriously enough and now have to be re-excised the end of November (along with a Hysterectomy). Hindsight is 20-20 - so they say. And, even though you don't have an invasive, you're going to do chemo - very brave and admirable decision. Fight it with everything you can - that's the spirit!
