Guest guest Posted May 5, 2004 Report Share Posted May 5, 2004 Pasta Bake 1 Lb Lean Ground Beef4 Cups Pasta Sauce1 Cup Water1/2 Cup Diced Onion1/2 Cup Sliced Mushrooms2 Tbs Italian Seasoning (Mammas' Mixes)3 Cups Mozzarella Cheese1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese1/4 Cup Roman Parmesan Cheese Blend1 Can Olives- 6 Oz8 Oz Pasta cooked, rinsed, and drained Scramble the meat in a kettle till done. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook for about 4 more minutes. Add the Italian Seasoning. Stir well. Heat 2 more minutes. Add the pasta sauce and the water. Heat till comes to a boil. Turn down and simmer 10 minutes. Turn off heat. In a greased casserole dish pour 1/3 of your cooked pasta. Cover with 1 cup Mozzarella, 1/3 of the Ricotta chesse crumbled, 1/3 of the Parmesan Romano Blend, and 1/3 of the olives. Gently pour 1/3 of the meat sauce over this being careful not to disturb the layers. Repeat. Make the Mozzarella and the other cheeses for your final layer on top. Seal the foil pan well. Bake covered at 375* for 50 minutes. Take foil off for last 10 minutes to slighlty brown the cheeses on top Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
