Guest guest
Does anyone have any first hand experience with these? I have numerous fibroids that are causing me to menstruate all the time. My Dr has suggested this as an option to shrink them instead of going in for a hystorectomy. I've already had a hysteroscopy, and ultra sound which show numerous fibroids deeply imbedded into the wall of the uterus. thanks in advance for your input. Guest guest
Hi- I think they mean Lupron. It creates a temporary " menopause " -like condition and can cause the fibroids to shrink, but it also causes bone loss and hot flashes, among other side effects. But, once you stop the injection(s), the fibroids can grow back, unless you are already of menopause age. Go to: www.lupron.com. Please be careful and make sure you have a full gynecological evaluation. injections that promote menopause? Does anyone have any first hand experience with these?
