It seems that you are going through a lot. Many people have mini tia's and don't even know it. It shouldn't have happened to you while taking Coumadin or one of the others. I know this must all scare you. I just hate when bad things happen to good people. You have always had such good advice for everyone. I have heard that Zanaflex is good, but it is one of those that is not covered by my ins. My ins. covers all my med's but not that. I take Soma and I find that it works well, so I'll stick with that. They finally got me on a proper dose of Oxy, so life has been much more bearable. I was on a low dose of MSContin and my ins, said that they don't cover that one, they said there were others like it and they gave me the name, but I didn't bother because it didn't work. This dose of oxy has pretty much given my life back. It amazes me that teenagers were getting high on the stuff. I never feel nothing at all from it , except it is like it erases my pain. They made such a big deal about it, finally now it's pretty much over. Anyone can get high if they crush and snort things. This was awful because a lot of Chronically Ill patients had to go without it for a long while. That is so unfair for people like us that need pain control just to be able to have some kind of life. It took me a year of horrible suffering before my doc gave me what helped. The ER is awful too, they don't believe in fibromyalgia. I hope that someday soon fibromyalgia will be taken for what it is. That a disease that can be horrible. I wish you the best. You make sure to take it real easy and please don't over do. Love to you Kathy D. Guest guest
<< You have always had such good advice for everyone. I have heard that Zanaflex is good, but it is one of those that is not covered by my ins. >> My insurance does not cover this or other of my medications. I take Vicodon for a blood thinner and it is not covered either. We have to pay for most of our medications. Thank goodness that as of now we can. Yes, those tia are pretty scary especially when the doctor tells me that I should not have had one as bad as I did while on Vicodon. Well, we try to live one day at a time and that is all that we can do and hope that we can cope with that day. I am going to high tea with friends this afternoon and I am looking forward to it very much. We have an English Teas Shop here and my friends take me often for tea. Take care and with much love, Irene Books may well be the only true magic Alice Hoffman
Guest guest
Well if you think that is interesting how about this, my insurance does not cover birth control pills but it covers viagra pills. I know it doesn't relate but I just find it ironic. Women get screwed again. Tara > << > You have always had such good advice for everyone.
