From: Billie Sent: Friday, May 14, 2004 7:16 AM I lost my job in June because the new director found out that I had health problems and asked me to get a letter from my doctor saying I had no restrictions..the letter he wrote said I did have restrictions and listed them..lost my job!! I had confided in two of my co-workers about th efact that I was having steroid shots in my back and was wanting to work on some of the easier patients until I was finished(they give you 3 shots..one each month for 3 months which I may add..these 2 girls encouraged me to work on the easier side of this facility..but they got jealous I guess when I started doing it)my problems and they went to the director! Also 2 nurses that I worked with who promised me NO one would ever find out about my health issues did not stand by me. Ironically one of the nurses had lupus and other problems and the other nurse had kidney disease from taking lithium for 17years and was going to have to have a kidney transplant..their problems were worse than mine!!
