Guest guest
Before you start spending money - why not try your camper mattress on top of your box spring for a couple of days and see how it feels? When I get a hotel bed that is totally uncomfortable, I flip the top mattress off the bed and put my air mattress on the box spring. It can make a lousy hotel bed feel surprisingly comfortable. I went with the two air mattresses because we already had the waterbed frame It has the added advantage of keeping the mattresses from slipping. 'Course now that I have the pair of them, I wouldn't swap them for anything. Since all flares are not created equal, I like being able to easily adjust the firmness of the box spring or of the top mattress. Lyndi nugget6 wrote: > Interesting on the use of the mattresses.
