My name is and I occasionally read and even write (not lately) on the CEDA list when I am in one spot. we have moved to Vermont and are slowly settling in. We have been in our home for one month now and it is still a disaster! I really like it here and think it will be a good thing, for a couple of years. It is different and I believe I am understanding the reason why I am here! I am writing tonight for 2 reasons...I met and her Mom at the Ceda picnic and loved her so much. As Jill said she was radiant and of course bound and determined to have her baby. She gave the world a beautiful baby and shared her joy and love with so many of us. My heart is breaking for her family. Today after 15 years at 9 this morning my dearest friend was also sent to heaven. It was the most difficult thing I have ever done in my life. OB (my shitzu) is now out of pain and is suffering no more......Our tears are flowing with loss everywhere. Life is difficult. Life is a gift. A courageous humans life has been taken for a reason we will never understand. A faithful and loving dog has been given the last gift of love I could have given him the gift of love and a gift to suffer no longer. In ways you cannot compare a humans life to an animals life. But in my heart the hurt and the lose is equally painful. To the families of these angels.....be at peace as you know that the joy of memories will remain inside us all forever more. Thank You Jill for another year of CEDA. Love
