I almost blew it when I was talking to my pain dr today. He told me

I was trying to do too many things at once. I have an " all or

nothing " personality.

It doesn't count as " going back on them " if all you do is light one

and then quickly shove the lit end some place to get some idiot's

attention.

Hey -

Should I be coughing up a bunch of crud by now? Cause I'm not.

I thought I should be, cause before when I tried to quite, I started coughing on

the 2nd day.

or so before I started clearing the lungs.
