Guest guest Posted April 30, 2004 Report Share Posted April 30, 2004 Hi Everyone, Well I had my appt yesterday with my Rheumy, I addressed the pain I'm having in my shoulders/neck and arms, I haven't been able to move my neck freely without alot of pain. Test show I have DDD Ugh I never thought at such a young age I would have this I don't know how this is going to turn out she put me on Flexeril 10mg @ bedtime and see how I do in 6 Weeks.. I'm so frustrated I want to feel better and It seems that its one thing after another, Its so hard to believe since last year when I first started having S/S Its now this here I am with this Terrible Disease facing all sorts of things and Now My bones are breaking down and i just turned 40.. But, you need to find that inner strength to start fighting back, and giving yourself the gift of true love. Depression goes along with chronic illness and pain, but it CAN be treated successfully, if you really want to come up from that slough of despond. Give yourself a little time, a lot of pampering, and keep writing to us for comfort and understanding. We are here for you.
