Guest guest
I considered it, before my EDS diagnosis, and I'm particularly glad I followed my instinct on Rolfing...it scared me, and not in a good way at all... --------------- Don't get me wrong - Rolfing is an extremely effective modality. I don't care for it personally in general because the traditional way of doing it is very deep and aggressive and as such is also very painful. It works, but you also know you have been worked on afterwards. That's just in general. For EDS specifically, I categorically recommend against it because I think it is way too aggressive, especially for those whose EDS is a bit more severe than mine.
