Guest guest
Well got the results back this morning when I went to get the stitches removed. You all are going to love these results… Apparently the results are the first anyone over here has ever seen so they ran all the tests twice. According to the lab these patches are a combination of Lupus & Psoriasis. Usually you have one or the other but me being me had to have it this way – So now I know why this morning a shit load of doctors came to look at my patches all over my body. And I thought I was just getting special attention… lol Since I can’t go out in the sunlight for the psoriasis ( I guess it helps it) and I can’t do methotrexate anymore (I guess it helps both ailments) we are hoping that the cellcept I am on for my lupus will do what the methotrexate does for both ailments… I called rheumy to fill him in and apparently my dermatologist has already consulted with him and his comment to me was “Only you Deanna, Only you” It still hurts to sit for periods at a time, due to the area around where the biopsy sites are located is still very tender and sore. I haven’t had a chance to read any messages on the board the last two days, and I hope to catch up soon. Take care everyone and I will catch up with you all shortly… Welcome to all the new members… Hugs, Deanna
