Guest guest
Hi Debbie, I count the amount of milk I use (which is 1-1/2 cups) as 3 points and I allow one point for the dry pudding mix. Total 4 points. I hope I am doing this right..maybe some people don't count the dry pudding, if I should not be, let me know.. I like them better after they have been frozen overnight or all day as they last longer.. and I find that I use them a few at a time too.. I count how many I make and divide the points. Four points sounds like a lot, but a batch will last me around 4 days as I just have them around as an extra sweet treat... So it depends if you eat the whole batch in a day or just half, you need to decide for yourself, and set say half aside, or a quarter of them aside, as an easy low point snack. Then count accordingly.. Don't forget that some of us will use different amounts of milk too. ================================================================= In Serious-Weight-Watchers , " duffduff " <duffduff@y...> wrote: > > I made some in choc.
