If I want my whole wheat bread that comes straight out of my AP points. I usually count 4 points if I run for 35 minutes on the treadmill and do about 20 minutes on the elliptical in one day or take spinning (which is 55 minutes of pure torture) or Cardio Kickboxing which is 55 minutes as well.
